Ironside’s striking new workplace reflects the ethos and aspirations of the boutique building company; to create enduring projects driven by detail, quality and authenticity.

Specialising in multi-residential developments, Ironside’s brief expressed a desire for approachability and warmth while providing environments to bolster the community-driven culture of the company.

The aesthetic of a new office for Ironside reflects the bespoke, refined approach the boutique development company embody in their own work. The design by Brahman Perera, utilises the industrial character of the South Melbourne site, softened by the choice of finishes and upholstery in furniture selections.

Adapt Curve by Ross Gardam in a rich Merlot colour with Universal table, doubles as a lobby area and collaborative space for Ironside employees.
