Montana Jewel by HOMEROOM STUDIO & ADDARC

Concealed behind a façade of intricately crafted tiles, a natural warmth tints the interior of Montana Jewel as the light filters through bronzed framed windows and honey toned sheer curtains. A grand timber pivot door with a dark, rich grain and a handcrafted bronze handle, serves as an impressive entry to the home – a stunning design collaboration between Homeroom Studio and ADDARC.

This beautifully refined kitchen setting showcases our ROOK STOOL, crafted in American Walnut hardwood and finished with a sleek Black Powder Coat base and footrest. Learn more here.

With an extensive collection of artifacts and antiques from their world travels, the client’s profound appreciation of art and culture provided inspiration for the design concept.

A warm, soulful palette was thoughtfully curated, centred around leathered stone with rich, rusty veins to complement the deep timber veneer used throughout the home as both joinery and wall cladding.

As a nod to furniture makers of the past, where craftsmanship and materiality was esteemed, the grain direction of the veneer alternates to provide character and charm to the contemporary detailing. A combination of handcrafted furniture pieces and vintage objects were seamlessly blended into the space from both local and international artisans and suppliers.

Underpinned with authenticity, the design of Montana Jewel honours craftsmanship and tradition through a highly refined and artfully curated approach.
